So we had one of our audience members ask us, The seller market is so crazy right now, and I sell my house, I'm not gonna be able to buy anything without overpaying for that property, so what's the point of even selling my house and cashing out? Well, it's different case by case, and we did cover this in one of the previous Closers Daily, and the main consensus is, what's your plan? We do have, we have sellers that maybe bought a house last year that aren't emotionally attached to a property, and are happy to sell it, make 60 or 70 grand 'cause the market's jumped so much in the last year. Flip into a product that they're happy with for maybe the next two to three years, and then sell that after some appreciation. But we have other clients that are maybe in their dream home, they have three or four kids and the opportunity cost just isn't there where making an extra 50 or 60K isn't worth them going through the whole hassle of relocating their whole family. So there still are opportunities out there in this market, you can still find great deals, you just have to not be emotionally attached, have a good team, and crush the right deals to get ahead.
