#THECLOSERSDAILY : EPISODE 139: CALL ME MAYBE

I'm Justin Konikow. Welcome to episode 139 of The Closers Daily. So we got a follow-up episode for you guys, and this one has to do with that listing agent we talked about a few episodes ago that got a call from a buyer, and then all of a sudden, the buyer's agent shows up for the actual showing. We talked about how it might be off-putting for the listing agent, because they felt like maybe they were gonna get that interact sale with that buyer. But I got a tip for the listing agents out there, if you're new to the business, or you're in the business, and, you know, maybe just feeling a little bit worn down and getting snappy when that situation happens. Let it go. Because you can actually impact the sale of your property if you don't handle it correctly. Case in point, say you decide to call that buyer that night, put the pressure on them, and make them feel like they really have to have a sense of urgency, or try and cut that other agent out of the deal. You might shoot yourself in the foot, because that buyer may be super loyal to that agent, and they may not wanna deal with you at all just because of the way you handled yourself. And your seller may even lose the sale altogether. These things happen in the business, so just be aware of what you're getting yourself into.
